Labour Day officially celebrates workers and the labour union movement, even though most of us only think of it as the last long weekend of the summer, a perfect occasion for one last BBQ or canoe trip. In order to properly celebrate our workers (and participate in these BBQs and canoe trips), MuniSoft will be closed for the statutory holiday on Monday.
Business operations will resume on Tuesday the 2nd of September, 2014.
I know a bit about the reporting needs of municipalities. I worked in a municipal office for several years before joining the MuniSoft support team. And I know that, every once in a while, you need a special report.
Our office is small. We don't have an "IT Department"! I often can't tell whether what I need is hardware or software help. By purchasing my whole system from MuniSoft, I have a single phone number to call no matter what the question! I leave it to the folks at MuniSoft to figure out who can help me.
At MuniSoft, we try to go “above and beyond” when it comes to our clients. And we try to make sure our business partners have the same attitude. He didn’t have to but our business partner went the extra mile, and after making some enquiries, he was able to find an innovative solution that allowed for door-to-door delivery at a savings of 75% for the client!
At different times of the year, we have to produce official charitable receipts for donors for income tax purposes. It’s not a big deal. We used to just write out a receipt and then put it through the system later in order to reconcile with our normal receipts. But it was a bit of a hassle. But that hassle is a thing of the past with our MuniSoft system.
MuniSoft is proud to release the latest version of its .NET offerings. Version 1.4.11 is available now for TX/UB/RC.
Congratulations to Wendy Turko, Administrator of the Village of McCreary. Wendy won the draw at the 2014 MMAA Convention and is now the proud owner of a stylish MuniSoft jacket.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth and entered.
