I know a bit about the reporting needs of municipalities. I worked in a municipal office for several years before joining the MuniSoft support team. And I know that, every once in a while, you need a special report.
Our office is small. We don't have an "IT Department"! I often can't tell whether what I need is hardware or software help. At different times of the year, we have to produce official charitable receipts for donors for income tax purposes. It’s not a big deal. We used to just write out a receipt and then put it through the system later in order to reconcile with our normal receipts. But it was a bit of a hassle. But that hassle is a thing of the past with our MuniSoft system.
